Guides to what the world eats and drinks, each built around an interactive tile map — countries or states on a schematic grid, coloured by region, with a tap-for-details card and a full written guide beneath. No basemap, no libraries; just HTML, CSS and a little vanilla JavaScript.

  Every state and union territory coloured by culinary region — from the Wazwan of Kashmir to Chettinad and the fermented kitchens of the North-East — with signature dishes for each and a guide to the traditions that cross state lines: Mughlai, temple, Parsi, Anglo-Indian.

• The teas of the world

  The great tea countries, growers and drinkers alike — China’s six tea families, Japanese matcha, Darjeeling and Ceylon, Moroccan mint, Turkish çay, the East Frisian ceremony, and the mate cultures of South America.

• The coffees of the world

  From coffee’s birthplace in Ethiopia and first port at Mocha through the Latin American powerhouses to the drinking cultures — Italian espresso, the Turkish cezve, Vietnam’s phin, Nordic fika and the flat white.
